The NVP Distributors Ltd Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website.
With the frequent changes in internet technology and all applicable laws, we reserve the right to make
changes to our Terms and Conditions at any time that changes are required.
The onus is on the consumer to check Terms and Conditions for such changes.
 

Return Policy

Once the product has been removed from the original packaging we are unable to accept a return.
All authorized returns must be returned in original packaging with accompanying paperwork.
Any items returned to NVP Distributors Ltd not to be in original brand new condition will be returned to
you at your cost and no refund issued.
Hair extensions are classed as “Human Products”. Health Department regulation restricts us from
accepting returns on used Hair Extensions.
If goods are faulty you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery otherwise returns will not
be accepted.
NVP Distributors Ltd will endeavor to address any issues or concerns you may have. The hair is delicate so
be mindful of dying or using extreme heat as this can void your warranty. If a solution cannot be reached
a refund may be issued only if you have followed our ‘how to apply’ and ‘how to care’ instructions.
Hair Extensions need to be maintained with the appropriate products that are specially formulated. Use
of other products is not recommended and done entirely at your own risk.
 

Refund Policy

If a product is defective or not to the buyer’s satisfaction, the buyer can return the product in its original
condition within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
